Buying in the internet store "PUTMYNAME" is available to individual customers and companies without limitation, provided they comply with these general terms and conditions. By sending an order, the customer agrees to these GBCs.

HOW TO  ORDER 

Buyers can order any product that is available at the internet store www.putmyname.com. The product can be ordered by filling an order correctly in an online store.

You can  order:

Once we have received your order, we will be immediately send you an email with detailed information about your order, delivery and the fact that the seller orders the product. The order is binding as the product is imported only on your specific order.   The customer is obliged to notify any cancellation of the order  in writing by email immediately after sending the order. By sending the order, the buyer agrees to terms and conditions. The subject of this contract is the construction of an order. From this contract in accordance with § 7 par. Article 6 c) of Act no. 102/2014 Z. z. you can not withdraw because the product is subsequently created only for your consumption and the product can no longer be offered for sale after its manufacture. After confirming the order, the business relationship between buyer and seller will arise.  Buyer commits to pay the full purchase price, including shipping costs, under the terms and conditions. By confirming the order, the buyer confirms the correctness and accuracy of the data. If you do not receive a  payment instruction to your provided email within 48 hours, please contact us by e-mail.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION  

Dear Consumer, if you believe that we have breached your rights or you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, please send your request for amendment  to our email address: info@putmyname.com

If we reject this request or do not respond to you within 30 days of sending to our email address or you will not be happy with our solution then, based on the amended Act no. 102/2014 and Act no. 391/2015 on Alternative Dispute Resolution, you have the right to an alternative (extrajudicial) way of settling disputes. You may submit your proposal in the manner specified in §12 of Act 391/2015 Zz. You can fill the form to make a proposal that can be found on the website of the relevant ministry and any alternative dispute resolution entity. The list of ADR entities dated 10.4.2016 is here: http://www.mhsr.sk/zoznam-subjektov-alternativneho-riesenia-spotrebitelskych-sporov/146987s. The consumer has the right to choose which of these alternative consumer dispute resolution entities could  address their complaint.

The address for submitting submissions in electronic form at the Slovak Business Inspection is ars@soi.sk.

Subject of The Alternative Dispute Resolution may refuse the consumer's proposal, for example:

• • if the quantifiable value of the dispute does not exceed 20 EUROS.
• • if it is obvious and clear that alternative dispute resolution would only be possible with inadequate effort, and etc

The consumer can also send the complaint through the RSO Alternative Dispute Resolution Platform, which is available online at:

The complaint can be  applied here by a consumer living in  EU on a seller based in EU.

Each party to the dispute is individually responsible for the costs associated with the alternative dispute resolution without the possibility of being paid.

Internet shop “PUTMYNAME” supplies the products to individual customers and companie without  limitation, provided that they will comply with these general terms and conditions.

Claim terms

Any claims you make ,may be determined with you  individually and in accordance with applicable law, so that  you  will be satisfied.  The seller commits to the buyer to deliver the product in the agreed quantity and at the price valid on the date of the order confirmation in a quality corresponding to the standards and regulations valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic.

The warranty conditions are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code. The warranty period is 24 months unless stated differently for a particular product and begins to run from  the date of receipt of the product by the buyer. The warranty period is extended by the time the buyer could not use the product for warranty repair of the product. In case of the exchange of product for new product, the buyer will receive a document on which the product will be replaced. In this case, the new warranty period begins to run from the date of receipt of the product. The warranty expires by damage of the product with inappropriate use, improper installation, use of the product in unsuitable conditions, damage due to a natural event.

The seller takes responsibility for any damage to the product that occurs during transportation.  In cases of sale at a lower price, the seller is not responsible for a defect for which a lower price has been negotiated.

The seller is not responsible for the defects if the buyer:

• •caused the defect of the product him/herself
• • the buyer knew, prior to taking over the product about the defect of the product; has been expressly and clearly warned of a defect and if discount for defect has been provided from the purchase price
• •use of the product in contravention of the operating instructions, by improper installation
• •defects have arisen  in the warranty period due to wear   of the product caused by normal, misuse or excessive use
• •defects were caused by improper handling
• • the product is claimed after the warranty period
• •defects have appeared  as a result of a natural disaster
• •defects were caused by incorrect or excessive use of the product
• •defects have been caused by improper treatment

COMPLAINT

• • If you wish to return the product to be reclaimed, it is required to be sent back via recorded delivery or signed for delivery to avoid losing it with the following steps of complaints.

Complaints must include the following:

• • the name of the claimed product
• •the reason for claim, the specific description of the defect or the photo of the defect
• •If you have a problem with clothes labels, the following answers should be mentioned: 1. What type - the name of the washing powder you use ?; 2. Do you use a fabric softener? If yes what type - name? ; 3. At what temperature do you wash? ; 4. At what speed do you spin the laundry ?; 5. What other products included washing powder do you use when washing the laundry?
• •attach the claimed product
• •a copy of the receipt
• •the address where  to send a settled claim and also the IBAN in the event of a refund for the product.
• If the claim does not contain all of the above-mentioned elements, the claim department will not be able to deal with this claim and consequently find it inappropriate. In this way, the customer forfeits compensation for the damaged product. If a claim is made, the buyer will be contacted by the worker  who will assess the eligibility of the claim. The worker immediately decides on complaints after due examination, in difficult cases within 30 working days of receipt of the complaint.

 If the label application procedure has not been followed, it is not possible to request a product complaint because the claim is automatically considered invalid as the correct label application procedure has not been followed.

RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT


The subject of this contract is the construction of a contract, in accordance with § 7 par. Article 6 c) of Act no. 102/2014 Z. z. you can not withdraw because the product is subsequently created only for your consumption and the product can no longer be offered for sale after its manufacture. What this  really means is that this 14-day return time can not be used for this online sale without giving a reason. All of our products are custom made !
