HOW TO ORDER
Buyers can order any product that is available at the internet store www.putmyname.com. The product can be ordered by filling an order correctly in an online store.

The order is binding as the product is imported only on your specific order. The customer is obliged to notify any cancellation of the order in writing by email immediately after sending the order. Any claims you make ,may be determined with you individually and in accordance with applicable law, so that you will be satisfied. The seller commits to the buyer to deliver the product in the agreed quantity and at the price valid on the date of the order confirmation in a quality corresponding to the standards and regulations valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
The warranty conditions are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code. The warranty period is 24 months unless stated differently for a particular product and begins to run from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer. The warranty period is extended by the time the buyer could not use the product for warranty repair of the product. In case of the exchange of product for new product, the buyer will receive a document on which the product will be replaced. In this case, the new warranty period begins to run from the date of receipt of the product. The warranty expires by damage of the product with inappropriate use, improper installation, use of the product in unsuitable conditions, damage due to a natural event.
The seller takes responsibility for any damage to the product that occurs during transportation. In cases of sale at a lower price, the seller is not responsible for a defect for which a lower price has been negotiated.
